Chaz and I traveled to Chincoteague Island, VA to provide Jennifer & Andy with their wedding flowers. Their wedding day was filled with nautical accents, home made decor, live succulents, and fun florals in shades of bright coral and dark peach. Their wedding took place at the beautiful Island Manor House Bed & Breakfast on Main Street in downtown historic Chincoteague Island. The B & B was so pretty and the inn keepers were helpful and nice. island manor house bed and breakfast // chincoteague island va wedding These bouquets were some of my favorites! The bride chose bouquets of coral roses, peach dahlias, coral hypericum berries and several varieties of live succulents. The textures and colors in these bouquets were so vivid and magical. The bridesmaid's bouquets were tied in vintage ivory linen and wrapped with nautical cotton roping. Each bridesmaid bouquet was marked with a cute silver mermaid charm and pearl pins. little miss lovely floral design // chincoteague va wedding florist // peach coral succulent bouquets little miss lovely floral design // chincoteague va wedding florist // peach coral succulent bouquets little miss lovely floral design // chincoteague va wedding florist // peach coral succulent bouquets little miss lovely floral design // chincoteague va wedding florist // peach coral succulent bouquets The bride's bouquet was so pretty. Jennifer's bouquet was a larger version of the bridal party bouquets and featured 5 large succulents. Her bouquet was wrapped in vintage linen and also tied with trailing cuts of cotton rope. A swavorski crystal charm hung from her bouquet wrap. I love incorporating living succulents into bouquets... after the wedding, the bride can plant her succulents at home, watch them grow, and will think about her wedding day each time she looks at them. Such a neat little momento from a special day! little miss lovely floral design // chincoteague island wedding florist // coral peach and succulent bridal bouquet // nautical wedding little miss lovely floral design // chincoteague island wedding florist // coral peach and succulent bridal bouquet // nautical wedding The groom and his groomsmen wore little boutonnieres created with coral spray roses, baby succulents and greenery. Each bout was tied with thin cotton rope and pinned with pearls. little miss lovely floral design // ocean city maryland wedding florist // coral rose and succulent boutonniere little miss lovely floral design // ocean city maryland wedding florist // coral rose and succulent boutonniere The father's of the couple wore boutonnieres made of the neatest little succulents. Each succulent was paired with greenery and tied with cotton rope. little miss lovely floral design // chincoteague island wedding florist // succulent boutonnieres with nautical rope The mother's and grandmother's of the couple wore wrist corsages. These corsages may be some of the most memorable corsages I've made to date. Ivory linen was placed over a silver cuff bracelet and freshly cut flowers and live succulents were sewn onto the bracelets. They are more modern style of wrist corsages. little miss lovely floral design // coral rose and succulent nautical wrist corsages little miss lovely floral design // coral rose and succulent nautical wrist corsages The bride and groom wanted to recognize their daughters and nieces during their wedding ceremony. They chose to give each of these special girls a small wrist corsage. I created adorable coral rose bracelets after the bride showed me a photo of a design she had found on Pinterest and adored. The bracelets tied with nautical rope under the wrist. little miss lovely floral design // coral rose and succulent rope wrist corsage bracelets // ocean city maryland wedding florist little miss lovely floral design // coral rose and succulent rope wrist corsage bracelets // ocean city maryland wedding florist A little 'ring princess' carried the rings down the aisle and wore a fashionable flower crown atop her head. This gorgeous little halo was made of wax flower, seeded eucalyptus, coral spray roses & close dahlia blossoms. little miss lovely floral design // coral wax flower and rose flower crown // flower girl halo Thank you, Danger Factory Photography, for sharing a few beautiful snapshots on your Facebook page.
